Domains: Madness, divine inspiration, the unhinged seer.
Era of ascension: Golden Age of Man (~150,000 years ago). Cohort: dead. Died: God War & Long Winter (~75,000 years ago), when the mass leakage of his domain past its proper channels, the God War as theological epidemic, destroyed the structured cult that had been the only thing containing him.
Worshipped by: The oracle traditions of the Golden Age and the prophet-cults whose seers required psychological cost to do the work. The traditions kept reservoirs of trained madmen, initiates who had been deliberately broken by the rite and were thereafter the cult's working seers, and the priesthoods around them existed to translate and contain what the seers said. No living culture maintains his worship. (The worships edge is authored downstream on the worshipper, not here.)
Otrakh was the cracked vessel, divine inspiration that arrived through breakage rather than through dream (Brethis's domain). His seers were attended rather than consulted. The cult's premise was that the god could not be received intact, that any vessel held to him long enough would shatter, and that the shattering itself was the prophecy. The structured cult around the seers was therefore an interpretive apparatus: priests who could read what the broken were saying, custodians who kept the seers alive long enough to be read, and walls that kept the rest of the populace from being broken incidentally.
The God War was, among other theological collapses, a mass outbreak of his domain. As the structured cults of every major daemon began to fail under conflict, the contagion of unhinged revelation leaked past Otrakh's walls in every direction. Untrained vessels broke; the populations of besieged cities began producing seers nobody had asked for; the careful priestly translation system was overwhelmed by amateur prophecy that the broken could not stop themselves from speaking. Within a decade his structured cult was extinct. The structure had been the worship, and when the domain saturated the world without it, there was nothing left to worship through. The Winter then finished the remaining unhinged at the same rate as everyone else.
Brethis controlled the channel; Otrakh required the channel to fail. The God War made channel-failure universal and Otrakh died of his own success.
