A small island northeast of Shinori in the Northern Archipelago, home to a fishing community descended from Tamadrezan settlers who arrived centuries ago. The islanders keep their boats small, their profile low, and their contact with the mainland minimal — a posture refined over generations of living within clear sight of Agtakkeri's hunting grounds.
The community's most distinctive practice is quiet: when survivors appear on makeshift rafts drifting north from Shinori, Pukot's fishermen take them in without questions. They have done so long enough that the settlement has become an unacknowledged waypoint on the escape routes threading north from the Gorathi Slave Coast. Agtakkeri has never attacked the island. The dragon's indifference is the fishermen's most important resource, and they guard it carefully — no flags, no signals, nothing that draws notice to what passes through their harbor.
