Smaller and shallower than Hakö, Ezcelmez Lake sits near Ovabasi in the agricultural heartland. Its waters are warm and silty, fed by dozens of small streams running off the surrounding flower fields. The honey produced from Ezcelmez-area flowers is considered the finest in Roule—something in the water, they say.
The lake is heavily worked. Barges carry flower harvests to processing facilities on the shore. Fish farms crowd the shallows. Nothing sacred remains here; Ezcelmez is purely commercial, and the halflings prefer it that way.
