The southernmost major settlement, positioned where the mountains give way to foothills. Kavnendal serves as Trømgar's forward operating base for offensive operations into Nashua territory—the staging point for raids that have been conducted, with ritualistic regularity, for generations.
Unlike the other fortress-cities, Kavnendal has significant surface construction—barracks, training grounds, and the facilities needed to support expeditionary forces. It's the most "normal" Strømgodden city, and also the most frequently attacked.
